Be Money Strong provides financial coaching and educational services, including:

• One-on-one financial coaching sessions
• Group coaching programs for adults and teens/young adults

Our coaches are Dave Ramsey certified and follow established financial principles to help clients achieve financial stability and peace.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into agreements for our services. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Registration and Account Security

When you schedule consultations or register for services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Coaching Relationship and Services

5.1 Nature of Services

Our financial coaching services are educational and advisory in nature. We provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your financial goals using proven principles and methodologies.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions
• Complete assigned action steps and homework
• Provide accurate financial information when requested
• Take responsibility for implementing coaching recommendations
• Communicate openly about challenges and progress

5.3 Coach Responsibilities

Our coaches will:

• Provide professional, confidential coaching services
• Maintain appropriate boundaries in the coaching relationship

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Payment

• Consultation fees and coaching rates are as quoted at the time of service
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept various payment methods as indicated during coaching sessions
• If a payment is ever returned unpaid, a $10 additional fee will be applied to the next payment

6.2 Refund Policy

• Complimentary consultations are provided at no charge
• Paid services are generally non-refundable once delivered
• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6.3 No Contracts

We do not require long-term contracts. Coaching relationships may continue as long as both parties find value in the arrangement.
