Financial stress shuts down the part of your brain that plans. Three minutes on what to do instead.

You are smart, capable, and still behind on money. Let’s fix that.

$15,000 paid off in four months
James and Kristy owed $148,000 and had never had a plan.
A $2,000 monthly deficit, down to $150
Julie was spending more than she earned every month. “I actually feel peace now.”
58, nothing saved, now a plan for retirement
Amelia thought she would work until she died. “I finally have hope.”
None of these came from a raise or a windfall.

What you actually leave with

A clear picture of where your money goes. Not a category breakdown. The two or three specific places it is leaking, named.
Your first three moves, in order. Written down. Which debt first, what to cut, what to stop worrying about for now.
An honest answer about whether coaching would help you. Sometimes the answer is no. I have told people their problem needed a lawyer, not a coach, and said so on the call.
You keep all of that whether or not we work together afterwards.

Let’s start with where you actually are

Book a free 20-minute consultation. I will map out exactly where your money is going and what your first three moves are. You leave with that written down, whether or not we work together after.
Four quick fields, then you pick a time. Free, no contract, and if it is not helping you walk away.

Before you book

Is this going to turn into a sales pitch?

There are no contracts, so there is nothing for me to lock you into. I will tell you what coaching costs if you ask, or at the end if it looks like a fit. If it is not a fit I will say that instead.

Then you are the normal case, not the exception. Almost everyone I work with has started a budget before, and most have started several. A budget you built alone, with nobody checking in and no plan for the week it breaks, is a plan with nothing underneath it. When it fails you conclude you are bad with money. You are not. The setup was wrong.

Say that on the call. It is a normal conversation and I have it often. I would rather you not start than start something that breaks your budget.

Then the plan matters more, not less. Sarah and her husband were earning $12,856 a month and still could not work out why they were not getting ahead. Income is not what separates people who get on top of their money from people who do not.

One client told me he did not know what he owed. Not that he had not checked recently. He said “I refuse to know. It will hurt me to do a summary of it.” That is not unusual and there is nothing you can tell me that I have not heard.

Come anyway, and bring them if they will come. Doug and his wife had been married 34 years without once talking about money without fighting. Within weeks of coaching, that changed. He told me “we don’t fight about money anymore.”

ABOUT BRYAN

I know what it feels like to be afraid to check your bank account.

I’m Bryan Halverson. I’m a certified financial coach and I’ve been exactly where you are. I had $80,000 in consumer debt. My wife and I fought about money constantly. I tried every budget spreadsheet I could find and nothing stuck.
What changed everything wasn’t earning more money. It was getting the right plan for where I actually was. Once I understood what stage I was at financially, and what the most important next step was for that stage, everything started moving.
I paid off $80,000 in consumer debt using the same system I now use with clients. I built this practice because I know how much easier it is when someone just tells you exactly what to do next, for your situation, right now.
